International Polo Player and winner of his class in the 2013 Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge, Bobby dreamt up IGO whilst spending 48 days in a little boat rowing two hours on and two hours off with 3 friends. Bobby is passionate about giving true adventure to those who can’t disappear off the grid for three months.

GEORGE BULLARD

George Bullard is a world record-breaking explorer, endurance athlete and motivational speaker. To date he has covered more than 2,000 miles on foot in the polar regions and completed many other extraordinary expeditions around the world and guiding over 300 people. George is passionate about encouraging others to embark on their own adventures and confront the challenge of the ‘unthinkable’.

ALEXANDRA HOLT
Marketing Coordinator

With a background in sports sponsorship and marketing, Alex has previously worked across tennis, rugby and football properties. In July 2016, she set a world record as part of the first female crew to row the North Atlantic from New York to Falmouth. Happiest when in the mountains or at sea, Alex is keen to help others have their own incredible adventures.

LUCINDA LOWE
Graphic Designer

Lucy is IGO’s graphic designer; a multi-disciplined freelance designer based in London. Lucy works across editorial design, branding, advertising & visual identity.

She is responsible for all printed and digital collateral and generally making IGO look as great as it does! She is currently working on the IGO Apparel range… as well as training for the NW05 Moroccan Challenge!

JOHNNY FENN
Photographer

After 20 years as a distinguished Army Officer with the Gurkhas, with whom he served in the likes of Bosnia, the Falklands, East Timor, Iraq and West Africa, Johnny, much to our delight, returned to his first love: photography. He is now the photographer for the British Exploring Society and has established his own company with clients ranging from Coca Cola to some of the most elite private security companies in the world. We are looking forward to Johnny capturing all the highs and lows of the challenges.

An integral part of the team, Thumpa the cocker spaniel is a constant in the IGO office. Whether barking at postmen, acting as a footwarmer under the desk or demanding attention, she is always making her presence known!
